Help students function effectively in the school environmentAssess areas in which students may require assistance or mental health counselingCommunicate with parents, teachers and administratorsMaintain accurate case files and reports to track student issues and progressAssist in remediation by providing treatment plans or counselingEvaluate student transcriptsParticipate in the Individual Education Plan (IEP) process as necessary
